28 листопада 2020 року пройшла перша веб – конференція вікової гемофілії.
Така конференція відбулася вперше в Україні. Організували конференцію Всеукраїнське Товариство Гемофілії, вірніше комітет “Вікової гемофілії”.
Дуже шкода, що захід пройшов за інтернет зв’язком, а не очно. Нагальні та важливі питання були підняті на конференції. Раніше, коли не було сучасних препаратів для лікування гемофілії, була думка, що чоловіки з гемофілією не хворіють багатьма тяжкими захворюваннями. Воно так й бачилося з за не довгого віку людей з гемофілією. Середній вік життя з гемофілією був 35-40 років. Але то “в тогдашньому часі” (“Золоте теля”, Ільф та Петров). Сьогодні є високоефективні препарати для лікування гемофілії і виявилося, що при їх застосуванні, середній вік людини з гемофілією такий самий як і звичайної людини. При цьому стало зрозуміло, що з продовженням віку у людей з гемофілією проявляються, на жаль, всі без виключення хвороби. До цього додаються й проблеми з за перебігу гемофілії (ураження суглобів верхніх та ніжних кінцівок). Все разом дає багато питань щодо повноцінного життя за п’ятдесят років.
Отже, не зовсім молоді хлопці, від п’ятдесяти до шістдесяти чотирьох років радилися як жити, як жили раніше, як жити далі.
Незвичайна та цікава пройшла конференція.
На конференції вирішили:
– Проводити збори “Вікової гемофілії” раз на квартал.
– Запрошувати на збори спеціалістів з лікування гемофілії
– Зробити спільні збори з молоддю “Молодіжного руху гемофілії”
– Провести літній табір “Вікової гемофілії” в Карпатах
– Лобіювати інтереси лікування гемофілії у владних структурах
– Провести навчання серед членів “Вікової гемофілії” по роботі з комп’ютером.

On November 28, 2020, the first web conference of age – related hemophilia was held.
This is the first such conference in Ukraine. The conference was organized by the All-Ukrainian Hemophilia Society, or rather the Age of Hemophilia Committee.
It is a pity that the event took place over the Internet, and not in person.
Urgent and important issues were raised at the conference.
In the past, when there were no modern drugs to treat hemophilia, it was thought that men with hemophilia did not suffer from many serious diseases. It has been seen for a short time by people with hemophilia. The average life expectancy with hemophilia was 35-40 years. But then “at that time” (“Golden Calf”, Ilf and Petrov). Today, there are highly effective drugs for the treatment of hemophilia and it turned out that when used, the average age of a person with hemophilia is the same as that of an ordinary person. It became clear that with age, people with hemophilia, unfortunately, all without exception, the disease. Added to this are problems with the course of hemophilia (lesions of the joints of the upper and lower extremities). All in all, it raises many questions about a full life in fifty years.
So, not very young boys, between the ages of fifty and sixty-four, were advised on how to live, how they lived before, how to live on.
The conference was unusual and interesting.
The conference decided:
– Hold a meeting of “Age Hemophilia” once a quarter.
– Invite to a meeting of specialists in the treatment of hemophilia
– To hold a joint meeting with the youth of the “Youth Hemophilia Movement”
– To hold a summer camp “Age Hemophilia” in the Carpathians
– Lobby the interests of hemophilia treatment in government
– Conduct training among members of “Age Hemophilia” on working with a computer.
